Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManokHub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ManokHub is a directory platform that connects gamefowl breeders with potential buyers in the Philippines. We provide listing, search, and profile features to facilitate connections between breeders and buyers. ManokHub is not a marketplace — we do not process payments, handle shipping, or facilitate transactions between users.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to register
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings

4. Listing Rules

You must:

Only list gamefowl that you currently own or breed
Provide accurate descriptions, bloodline information, and pricing
Use your own photos — not images copied from other sellers
Keep your listings up to date and remove sold items promptly

You must not:

List sick, injured, or deceased gamefowl
Misrepresent the bloodline, age, weight, or condition of your gamefowl
Post spam, duplicate, or misleading listings
Use the platform to sell items other than gamefowl and related supplies
Post content that is illegal, harassing, or violates the rights of others

5. Subscription Tiers and Limits

ManokHub offers three subscription tiers: Starter (free), Pro, and Champion. Each tier has different listing limits and features. Free (Starter) accounts may maintain up to 5 active listings at any time.

Paid tiers provide additional features including increased listing limits, more photos per listing, highlighted listing cards, priority placement in the breeder directory, and featured spots on the homepage.

Subscriptions are managed through manual payment verification. Upgrade requests are submitted through the dashboard and approved by our team after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to modify tier pricing, features, and limits with advance notice.

6. Verification

Breeder verification is optional and voluntary. A verification badge indicates that ManokHub has reviewed a government-issued ID and farm photo from the breeder. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the breeder's products, services, or business practices.

7. Prohibited Activities

Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from the Platform
Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
Using the Platform for fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Circumventing listing limits or verification processes
Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful content

8. Content Moderation

ManokHub reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any listing or content that violates these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Listing removals are at our sole discretion and may be done without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ManokHub is a directory service only. We are not a party to any transaction between breeders and buyers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or safety of any listed gamefowl. You use the Platform and engage with other users at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManokHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions with other users.

10. Intellectual Property

The ManokHub name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Content you upload (photos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute other users' content without their permission.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your listings will be deactivated and your personal data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
