ManokHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ManokHub platform, a gamefowl breeder directory for the Philippines. Your public profile information (name, farm name, location, bloodline specialties) and listing details are visible to all visitors of the platform. Your phone number is only visible to logged-in users who view your listings, and only if you enable contact visibility in your settings.

Government-issued IDs and farm photos submitted for verification are:

• Stored securely on encrypted cloud storage during the review process
• Reviewed only by authorized ManokHub administrators
• Permanently deleted within 30 days after your verification is approved or rejected
• Never shared with third parties, advertisers, or other users

We retain only your verification status (verified/unverified) after document purging. The original documents are irrecoverably deleted.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access-controlled URLs. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• Deactivate your account immediately

• Remove all listing photos from our storage
• Retain only anonymized, aggregated data for platform analytics
