Mega Legend Crumbles is a premix feed additive from Excellence, sold to be mixed into feed rations for gamefowl chicks from their first days of life.
What Is Actually In It
Excellence describes Mega Legend Crumbles as “fortified with vitamins, minerals and amino acids,” but its product page does not name which specific vitamins, minerals or amino acids the premix contains, nor in what amounts. No active ingredients were captured from the manufacturer for this product, so this page does not list any. That includes the claim that it “helps prevent coccidiosis”: the manufacturer states this effect but does not identify which ingredient in the crumble is meant to produce it, so this page does not attribute that effect to any named compound.
What the Label Says It Is For
Excellence markets Mega Legend Crumbles as a health-foundation feed additive for gamefowl chicks, intended to build the “desirable spread of breast muscles among stags and conditioning cocks,” to help prevent coccidiosis, and to sustain growth in chicks from day one. These are the manufacturer’s stated purposes, not a verified account of the product’s effects.
Forms It Comes In
Excellence sells Mega Legend Crumbles as a crumble premix, meant to be mixed into booster feeds or chick starter feeds rather than fed on its own.
Withdrawal Period
Excellence publishes a withdrawal period of 5 days for Mega Legend Crumbles, meaning 5 days should pass between the last feeding of the product and slaughter. The manufacturer does not publish a separate egg withdrawal figure.
What This Page Does Not Tell You
This page transcribes what Excellence publishes about Mega Legend Crumbles. It does not confirm what is actually in the premix, does not verify whether it prevents coccidiosis as claimed, and does not tell a reader whether their chicks need this specific feed additive. Coccidiosis in particular can progress quickly in young birds and is often confused with other causes of poor growth. Bring your flock’s condition to a veterinarian, an agrivet, or the local agriculture office, and see our deworming guide for background on parasite management in gamefowl.
